Mesoscope
Mesoscope is a web-based tool for mesoscale data integration and curation: it lets you explore mesoscale biological models such as HIV, Influenza and blood plasma directly in your browser, and assemble cellPACK recipes.
Mesoscope is developed by Ludo's Molecular Graphics Lab at Scripps Research, led by Ludovic Autin, PhD. It offers WebGL visualization, interactive annotations and whole-cell models, and works with cellPACK to build and stage large-scale molecular models. A modernized rebuild is available in the lab's playground.
